Service Canada — counter wait times and passport services
This is a reproduction of the version available at api.io.canada.ca, together with the office pages published on offices.service.canada.ca. Weather — Environment and Climate Change Canada
The weather conditions used to adjust our crowding forecasts come from the Meteorological Service of Canada open services (api.weather.gc.ca) and hourly climate records. We credit the source without attributing to it a licence instrument we have not verified.
Boil-water and do-not-consume advisories
Advisories come from Quebec's ministère de l'Environnement, from the Québec.ca portal and, for some municipalities, from open feeds published by the municipality itself. The absence of an advisory here never guarantees that water is safe to drink — confirm with your municipality.
Ville de Gatineau
Some municipal wait times come from a feed provided by Ville de Gatineau. We credit the source without attributing to it a licence instrument we have not verified.
Map tiles
Maps shown in the app use MapTiler tiles built from OpenStreetMap data, contributed by its community and published under the ODbL licence.
Citizen reports
Some of the times shown come from reports submitted voluntarily by users. These reports are anonymous from the moment they are submitted — no account identifier is attached to them. They belong to iCivic and are not covered by the licences above.
Predictions
Crowding forecasts and best-time guidance are statistical estimates produced by iCivic from history and contextual factors. They are derivative works, not data published by the bodies named here.

Accuracy
Displayed wait times are indicative and may differ from the situation on site. Official sources are polled every 30 minutes, and some publish on weekdays only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or freshness of the data we reproduce.
