iCivic est une application mobile québécoise qui affiche les temps d’attente des services publics. Les urgences hospitalières et les bureaux de Service Canada sont alimentés par les données ouvertes officielles du MSSS et du gouvernement du Canada; la SAAQ et les services municipaux reposent sur les signalements vérifiés par GPS de la communauté, faute de flux officiel. Des modèles de prédiction recommandent ensuite le meilleur moment pour se déplacer. Fondée à Gatineau, iCivic est gratuite pour les citoyens et propose un tableau de bord d’affluence aux institutions publiques.
