How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is annual, per organization, based on the number of service points and their complexity — never a per-point rate. Start with a 90-day pilot, then a subscription tailored to your network: book a demo for a precise quote.
Where does the wait-time data come from?
Two kinds of sources: official feeds from certain institutions (MSSS, Service Canada) and citizen reports via the iCivic mobile app — which cover locations with no open data, such as the SAAQ and municipal services. Everything is combined and validated by our algorithm.
Do we need to change our existing systems?
No. Nothing needs integrating to get started. Advanced integrations (API, widget) are optional and added at your own pace.
Is the data hosted in Quebec?
Data is hosted with Supabase in the ca-central-1 region (Canada). The Standard plan includes a Law 25-compliant data processing agreement (DPA). The Complex plan can include a custom DPA tailored to the organization's requirements.
How accurate are the AI predictions?
Our models aim for an accuracy of approximately ±15 minutes on a 48-hour horizon, depending on the availability of historical data for your location. Accuracy improves over time.
Do you offer a pilot project?
Yes. A 90-day pilot at $2,500, credited toward your first annual subscription if you continue within 60 days. Ideal for validating the platform before an annual commitment.
